A gray tufted armchair with wooden legs, black chandelier above, and a black floor lamp beside it, set against a red and black patterned wallpaper.

Every haunting started somewhere . . .

From the outside, you look like this:

You're the one who handles it. The reliable friend, the high performer, the person others come to in a crisis. You show up early, follow through, and make it look easy. People assume you're fine, because you're so good at being fine.

On the inside, it can sound like this:

I don't know how to stop.
If I slow down, I'm not sure what I'll feel.
I've done the work. Why am I still like this?
I'm so tired of being the strong one.
If people really knew me, they'd leave.
Maybe I’m too much?

That's the kind of experience Hallows was built around. . .

Hallows End exists because healing shouldn't require leaving parts of yourself at the door. Therapy can be clinically rigorous while remaining creative, relational, and deeply human.

Whether we're sitting across from one another, processing trauma through EMDR, or exploring identity through therapeutic roleplay, the goal is the same: helping you move beyond survival toward a life that feels like your own.

I'm S (she/they). Welcome. Symptoms are rarely the whole story. Anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or feeling disconnected from yourself all developed for a reason. Our work together is relational, psychodynamic, and depth-oriented. We'll follow the patterns underneath the patterns, becoming curious about the old stories your nervous system is still trying to tell. Rather than chasing symptoms, we'll explore what they're protecting. I'm more interested in the ghosts that keep them alive.

Healing doesn't require you to tone down your weird, your dark humor, or your love of the macabre to be taken seriously.

If you're tired of holding it together and ready to actually feel different, not just function differently, I'd love to hear your story. Hallows is currently accepting new clients and collaborators, and are now in-network with Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
