Hallows End Collective is in-network with Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS). For all other insurance plans, we operate as a private-pay practice, with sliding scale availability offered based on clinical and financial need.

Upon request, I can provide a superbill for clients who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement through their insurance provider.

All forms of payment are accepted.

  • Hallows End Collective operates on a shared-care model. Full-rate sessions support both the sustainability of the practice and access for clients utilizing reduced rates. If you are in-network with one of the insurances we panel with, then the cost is determined by your insurance carrier.

    Private Pay Session Rates Per Hour

    • Sustaining Rate: $150

    • Shared Rate: $110

    • Community Rate: $90 (limited availability)

    Clients are invited to choose the rate that best reflects their current capacity. No documentation is required.

  • $ 50 for 30 minutes
    $100 per hour
    $170 for extended 2-hour consultations

  • I ask for 24 hour notice for cancellations. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee, except in cases of emergency.
